Blue Grace Earring

This capsule collection, created by sisters Laura and Ana Maya Silva in Medellin, Colombia, features meticulously designed and manually produced pieces. Their work with hand-woven and starched threads stems from extensive research into natural starches, resulting in impeccable products. Inspired by various cultures and Colombian folklore, the pieces evoke warmth and strength, aligning with SHE Selection's brand values. The base material is brass, textured or polished for a rustic effect, and plated with 24-karat gold. Cotton threads, another chosen material, undergo hand sewing and natural starching, creating high-value handcrafted items. These artisanal processes are carried out by local community members, including family heads and former convicts, who handle sewing, starching, and packaging.
