Handmade in the heart of Brazil, from buriti wood — the sacred palm of the Brazilian cerrado, known by the original peoples as “the tree of life.” Each bead is carved one by one, sanded entirely by hand, and threaded onto natural cotton cord by the artisan herself.
The surprise lies in its weight. It looks dense for the size of its beads. It is light as a feather. That is the nature of buriti — generous in presence, quiet to the touch.
More than a decorative object, it is a contemplative one. Some hang it by the entrance. Others rest it on the bedside dresser, on a coffee table among books, or drape it over a stone vase in the living room. Each home finds its place.

Wipe gently with a dry cloth. Keep away from direct humidity. Buriti wood ages with grace — small variations in color over the years are part of its story.
